Female Health

The foundation of health is important at any age. We sometimes miss the warning signs in our younger years of imbalances that will lead to challenges in our later years. But no matter what age you are, subtle but powerful shifts can occur through lifestyle and nutritional adjustments.

We live in a toxic environment and are exposed daily to everyday substances that are being shown to be endocrine disruptors. Endocrine disruptors are chemicals that may interfere with the body’s endocrine system and produce adverse developmental, reproductive, neurological, and immune effects in both humans and wildlife.

Endocrine disruptors can mimic or partly mimic naturally occurring hormones in the body like estrogens, androgens and thyroid hormones. They can also interfere or block the way natural hormones are made or controlled.

The body has the innate ability to repair itself and return to homeostasis. It just sometimes needs a little support through lifestyle changes and nutritional adjustments to find its way back. Learn more below.
